BOOTCAMP, HIIT, BOXING & BARRE!
It's time to get your ass kicked!
In 2018 United-fit started to provide workout classes for expats and students in Barcelona. From the 1st of January 2020 classes are not only given in Barcelona but also in Amsterdam. United-fit combines several workout types such as bootcamp, HIIT and boxing classes. To give personal attention and optimize results we train in groups of maximum 10 people. Classes are given in Dutch and English depending on the nationalities of the attendees.
Our bootcamp workouts focus on strengthen your muscles with the purpose to make you stronger. The exercises are broken into three rounds that alternate by using different attributes such as kettlebells, elastics, battle ropes and smash balls. With a variety of weights you can train at your own level and we will make sure to make it challenging for you.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a way of doing exercises in a fast pace between the exercises. During 45 minutes we will make sure that you workout on a high intensity focussing more on condition and endurance than on strength.
From the beginning of May, United-fit started with bootcamps & HIIT in Amsterdam. Ivo & Philip are the trainers, and they will make sure you will burn that fat!

The work-outs are given in 'Parc de la Ciutadella. Roderick & Casper are the trainers and they will let you sweat!
