In 2018 United-fit started to provide workouts for expats and students in Barcelona. And from 2020 on, we are based in Amsterdam as well. United-fit offers several workout types such as Bootcamp, HIIT, and Strength-Endurance training. We train in groups with a maximum of 10 people; in order to give you all the personal attention you need, and help you optimize your training results. Classes are given in Dutch and English depending on the nationalities of the attendees. Get ready, as our trainers will push you to the hardest to help you reach your personal goals!
Our signature workout: ready to go heavy on the weights, push yourself to the max and get sweaty? Our Bootcamp concept aims to both build muscle and increase strength. With a variety of exercises; using different attributes such as kettlebells, elastics, battle ropes and smash balls. Our promise to you? Building muscle while losing fat!
Do you want to put your endurance to the test and burn as many kcals as you possibly can in a short amount of time? Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a challenging high-intensity cardio workout. This concept will help you to fast-forward tone and sculpt your body, and within no time you will feel fitter than ever before. Do you wish to go all out? We got you covered!

Looking for an all-in-one next level concept to go all out? Let us introduce to you our newest and toughest concept; one that will not only build muscle & increase strength but on top will boost your endurance 2.0. Utilizing weight performance and conditional exercises. It's a tough one, but we know you got this!
Ready to give it your all at once? In 6 weeks we will push you to the hardest so that you achieve your ultimate result. How? By training hard and constructive, 3 times a week (18 lessons in total) under the professional guidance of our trainers. We'll kick off with a 0 measurement and close with a final measurement at the end of the period (body analysis & weight-in/out). We'll also put together a nutrition plan based on your personal goals.
